Dear Nobles and Ladies,
On Saturday, November 07, 2009 Al Sihah Shriners will host one of our most important activities of the year. Al Sihah Shriners’ Charity Event will be held to benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Our goal this year is to raise $15,000. The event will consist of Heavy Hors D’oeuvre, dancing to the music of the “Just Friends”, a Silent Auction, and a Charity Raffle.
You can share in our goal of helping the Shrine Children in the following ways:
1. Become a Sponsor at the following levels: Platinum: $1,000 or more ____ Gold: $500 to $999 ____
Silver: $250 to $499 _____ Bronze: $100 to $249 _____
2. Sponsor a table at the event for 8 people for $280.00. You may use the seating for your organization, guests, or as donated seating to families supported by the Al Sihah Shriners. Individual attendance tickets are $35.00 each.
3. Advertise in our Program Book. The prices and sizes for the ads are provided on the accompanying flyer. Ads can be for any Masonic Organization, Unit, Club, and business, to remember old friends or loved one, show support for a member of the Shrine, or a variety of other reasons. Send in your artwork, business card, or content for the ad and join us in this effort. Please submit your input with your check payable to: “Al Sihah 2009 Charity Event” by October 30, 2009.
4. Donate an item or services for our Silent Auction. Funds raised from these tax-deductible donations will benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Donated items should be delivered to the Al Sihah Shrine Temple no later than October 30, 2009. Deliveries can be made Monday through Thursday between 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Please contact Ill. 5. Make a financial donation, in any amount, payable to: Al Sihah 2009 Charity Event.
6. Join our Charity Raffle. Tickets are $2.00 each or $10.00 for a book of 10 tickets. Now that’s a bargain, and there will be six cash prizes awarded. Please return your Raffle Tickets as soon possible.
Return the completed form reserving a Table by October 30, 2009 and you will receive a Free quarter page program advertisement for yourself, business, or organization.
Today, Shriners are currently helping more than 865,000 children by free medical care, transportation, food and lodging at our 22 hospitals. Al Sihah Shrines located in Middle Georgia have over 1350 members. We provide transportation, food and lodging for over 200 patients and their parents who live in the Middle Georgia area to Shriners Hospitals for children.
