Presentation for Potentate's Cruise

In years past, as Potentates planned a years' activity, it became a tradition to plan a cruise, a trip or some other activity for the fun and enjoyment of all Nobles and Ladies who cared to join the activities. This year Illustrious Sir Reuben has planned a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean on September 22, 2012. Sale The Globe Travel is handling the booking for the trip.

A presentation is scheduled for February 19th, 2012 at 3:00 P.M.. The presentation will be conducted at the Activity Building.
Light refreshments will be available.

The hotel that I am working with in Charlotte, NC is a Comfort Inn that is a 3 star hotel. It is located approx. 5 miles from Charlotte Convention Center. The rooms will be $79.00 per night + tax. We have to book a minimum of 15 rooms to get this price. The hotel will shuttle us to the Lightrail Shuttle service that will take us directly to the convention center & other points of interest for $3.50 round trip per person. We may be able to get a better price on the shuttle ( seniors rate for 62 & over ). If you are interested to going to Imperial 2012 Convention in Charlotte, NC we would arrive on June 30, 2012 & depart on July 5, 2012. At this time we have 5 couples interested in going. I know that you love America as I do, and I think we are all afraid for her future. We are her people and like those who have gallantly protected her, we must do so for the generations who follow. We cannot allow her to reject the principles upon which she was founded. If so, she will not survive.
We were founded a nation under God, a nation whose sons and daughters have, and are today, fighting and dying to preserve it. It is our responsibility to bring her back to our Creator and place her firmly "In His Hands."
